Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establishing effective coordination mechanisms with sectors to get feedback from the general population of the Refugees
∎ Responsible to ensure that the mechanism is popularize to the general population of the Rohingya Refugee
∎ Record keeping of community’s complaints both hard copy and soft copy (using specific tools/guidelines.)
∎ Regularly maintaining CFRM Log and troubleshooting the CFRM database and perform database management commands to clean, analyze and generate information from the recorded data of CFRM
∎ Prepare presentations and reports on progress and achievements of CFRM activities to share with relevant stakeholders and donors
∎ Refer recorded complaints to the specific sector following the standard guidelines and procedures and follow up of complaints resolve and tracking the status
∎ To work closely with the community and able to mobilize communities
∎ To compile, report and feedback to respective partners on the incidents, complaints filed against their services
∎ Ensure equal access to participate in all camp activities for all groups
∎ Involve members of the camp population as volunteers in specific tasks/projects that are designed and planned in consultation with the refugee community
∎ Facilitate and coordinate a participatory approach among all stakeholders
∎ Promote and coordinate to ensure effective feed-back and complaints mechanism
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Conduct Thematic Group meeting and taking meeting minutes
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ The position will be responsible in the CFM Hub, and any means or tools of complaint, feedback and response established in the camp. He/she will ensure a participatory approach in camp management activities. Ensure refugees are aware and well informed on SMS activities and are contributing and giving feedback. Ensure refugees understand any referral mechanisms and know the various service providers in the camp. Act as the link between SMS, partners, and communities at the camp level.
