Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide professional and confidential services to survivors of SGBV based on survivor centered case management approach
∎ Provide Case Management Service to the GBV Survivors maintaining GBV guiding principles
∎ Ensure the GBVIMS is accurately updated on a regular basis
∎ Provide the Case Management under the GBVIMS+ /Primero platform as a Case Worker
∎ Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow up of all referred cases
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ In order to successfully implement the gender-based violence activities in the field of HCMP, the Project Officer (GBV Case Management) is responsible for managing the all sort of GBV cases ensuring regular home visit and follow-up, community engagement, designing team plan, supervising the field operation activities along with providing technical support through frequent field visit, strengthening the capacity of the staff and maintain the liaison with different sector of the Humanitarian Crisis Management Program and others Non-Government & Government organizations, and preparing different report and budget for local purchase and send it to respective authorities.
