Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social work or related field

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reinforce technical quality that adherence to the GBV guiding principles and women-, girl- and survivor centered support.
∎ Ensure support for women and adolescent girls, including psychological first aid (PFA), safe referrals and information sharing, adheres to best-practice principles when working with women and girl survivors of GBV
∎ Align with internal and inter-agency Protection against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policies and procedures, reporting SEA through the BRAC mechanisms.
∎ Collect data and storage in a confidential manner from locations and providing on the job training to the case workers on a regular basis.
∎ Support in data cleaning and validation.
∎ Maintain incident recorder.
∎ Support in the roll out of Case Manager GBVIMS.
∎ Hold daily planning and debriefing sessions with case workers in particular to gain learning and feedback to improve the quality of the service.
∎ Mentor and support staff professional development and foster a positive team spirit to encourage innovative and quality programming.
∎ Identify training needs for the GBV team and support the organization and facilitation of training to meet those needs, in collaboration with the Project officer Case manager – GBVIMS and Project officer (Training) - GBVIMS
∎ Work closely with Project Officer (Case manager) GBVIMS in consultation with the Project Manager to design activities that respond to needs and priorities identified by the case workers.
∎ Prepare and maintain/update detailed work plan(s) that support and achieve the goal.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to support the implementation of activities with case workers giving supportive feedback and guidance as part of the mentoring process and collecting data in a confidential manner.
∎ Provide guidance to the case workers in making safe, confidential and timely GBV information management system with the survivor-centered principles.
∎ Identifying gaps in the referral and case management service to develop gap report for advocacy purpose.
∎ Ensure that all data collection (paper and electronic) reporting tools are used accurately every day and are then provided on schedule to relevant staff.
∎ Collect data daily/weekly to ensure that the data is managed in safe and ethical ways.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work plans in a timely manner, and incorporate supervisor feedback as requested
∎ Compile weekly data and narrative report to develop monthly GBVIMS factsheet and trend analysis report.
∎ Identify concerns related to GBV information management protocols by all relevant organizations and agencies; report up to the project Manager.
∎ Maintain effective working relationships with the WPE team, partner case workers and other service providers (in particular with the GBVIMS task team members) to work collaboratively for a quality survivor-centered response and information management system
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Advanced excel abilities.
∎ Experience in GBV programming with a specific focus in GBV case management or supporting women and girl survivors.
∎ Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients all times is essential.
∎ Experience in facilitating trainings and workshops and mentoring others.
∎ Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting.
∎ Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and observation skills.
