Additional Requirements:
∎ KNOWLEDGE:  BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, basic computer knowledge on MS office applications, logistics management, warehousing
∎ SKILLS: Budgeting, communication, writing, monitoring and evaluating, auditing, project management, Warehouse management
∎ COMPETENCIES: Inventory management, facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with relevant stakeholders

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and issue store materials with maintaining proper records in professional manner as well as maintain camp wise inventory and delivery sheet separately
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store, like as the activities of safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch and maintain register as per Purchase Order (PO)
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it update all time as well as assist warehouse supervisor for preparing weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement
∎ Regular review of camp level bill-voucher, submit to the branch office and guide respective colleagues
∎ Necessary support for volunteer incentive disbursement, cash for work labour payment, vendor payment etc
∎ Necessary collaboration with procurement colleagues and support for vendor engagement (where require)
∎ Issue materials against approved Supply Request (SR)
∎ Update and maintain all kind of register, records and BIN Card
∎ Regularly check the store materials and keep them in good condition
∎ Assist to prepare IOU and make payment to labors on time regularly
∎ Maintain close relationship and contact with relevant managements and sectors especially Procurements, Finances, Admin and Logistics try to assist them as much as possible.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position will be reportable to Manager, Admin Logistic & Operation -SMS & Shelter He / She will be responsible for maintaining, updating and record keeping of all levels of goods stored at the ware houses. Also, deliver to different project sites under the Humanitarian Crisis Management Program (HCMP) of BRAC in his/her assigned working areas, including frequent field visit as per need of the Project and Programme.
