Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle and provide supports to customers keeping professional mentality and office building, furniture, fittings and equipment, IOU requests and arrangements for guests accommodation and other as required
∎ Carry out timely, storage and retrieval of goods in order to safeguard of goods and make them available to end users.
∎ Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking procured goods in ordered to PO, making claims or office demands to run the projects.
∎ Assess and organize logistics in terms of transport requirements, receipt, and handling, distribution of supplies and establishing proper storing and recording systems to ensure materials are appropriately stored and maintain register for counting and audit requirement.
∎ Provide administrative and logistic support to organize different training, meeting, workshops and conference and provide additional support to reach the goods at project sites according to demand of field staffs
∎ Devise methods of stock, monitors closely supply chain and regularly submits update situation reports on stocks, equipment and prepositioned goods. Liaison and keeps close contacts with implementation and assists logistics supply and procurement with proper documentation in timely manner.
∎ Keeping the updated regarding orders, maintaining and updating the stock records and preparing and presenting logistics reports to senior management.
∎ Involve in procurement policy and ensure that all comply with BRAC Procurement and Financial Rules and Regulations.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Able to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by the senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 year working experiences in logistics, administration, supply chain management/management studies, or any other related field.
∎ Administration and logistics operations and practices
∎ Plan, prioritize, and manage office workflow
∎ Disaster Risk Management of Bangladesh.
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point etc.)
∎ Good skill both in Bangla and English typing
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
∎ Flexible to face new challenges and learn from colleagues & environment
