Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters degree In business administration, management or relevant discipline from any reputed university/institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all kind of logistics support and commodities of health and Nutrition sector.
∎ Generate PRs and Keep track report of the PRs submitted and maintains expenditure tracking as per budget.
∎ Check and review all bills related documents and submit to finance dept. as required.
∎ In coordination with warehouse team, finalize vendor bill and submit to the finance.
∎ All the servicing and maintenance of all sectoral equipment are done in a timely manner.
∎ Supervises all renovation activities of the sector.
∎ Manages the vehicle under sector.
∎ Oversee workshops, visitors
∎ Coordinate with Gob Authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of Needs assessment, project completion reports and GoB NOC.
∎ Ensure budget holder provide annual/quarterly procurement plan and initiate procurement plan discussion with budget holder.
∎ Initiates and completes timely procurement of medicine, medical and surgical equipment, laboratory reagents, general items, goods and services.
∎ Review and feedback on Procurement Analysis Reports quarterly with manager to identify issues and find solutions
∎ Maintain pricing of goods and services provide update to budget holder to support budgeting.
∎ Serve on Procurement Committee for sealed and open bids as required.
∎ Maintain a consolidated record for all warehouses, which gives the stock information.
∎ Monitor office stocks, equipment, assets, and motorbikes according to policy and work with Finance Function to code and conduct inventory count 02 times a year and as required.
∎ Manage assets register by working closely with IT Manager and Project teams by labeling of all assets
∎ Regular review of asset disposal and submit recommendation at least twice yearly.
∎ Quarterly reconciliation of all assets register with accounting ledger and submit to Senior Finance Manager signed off.
∎ Carry out physical asset’s verification minimum once a year and before project close at PNP and Field Office and documented.
∎ Conduct monthly spot check on stock - stationary, monthly office supplies and sign off.
∎ Coordinate assets hand over process which include approval by donor and handover to beneficiary with Program/Project Manager at least 3 months prior to close of project.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
