Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/ Public Administration/ Management Information System/ MSE/ Economics or any other relevant subjects from any reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective coordination with project managers, donor and other key stakeholders of the programme.
∎ Lead the activities in relation with overall management of the SDP, and ensure compliance as per the requirement of the funding organizations, prescribed sector standards, coordinating the formal review and sign-off process before submission to the donor and within due time.
∎ Be responsible for overall project management and coordination of SDP by providing technical guidance in effective use of grants allocated, proper implementation of activities and so on.
∎ Monitor and oversee programme activities and provide necessary guidance as required.
∎ Ensure supports in overall programme development.
∎ Ensure development of strategic plans, annual operating plan (AOP), log frame and budget preparation & revision for the Programme.
∎ Review progress reports of SDP as per the reporting schedules and templates.
∎ Ensure periodical reports to be submitted to Management, Donor, and other stakeholders as required.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven understanding and hands-on experience in managing large and complex donor-funded projects.
∎ Knowledge of Programme Development, MEAL, and Reporting.
∎ Knowledge on Programme evaluation, capacity building and community mobilization
∎ Financial management.
∎ Good understanding of research design and methodology.
∎ Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
∎ Public relations, communication, coordination and Networking skills.
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills
∎ Excellent organisation, coordination and project management skills
∎ Recording and reporting
∎ Presentation skills
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams
∎ Ability to manage a varied workload, work under pressure, priorities and meet deadlines
∎ Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organization
∎ Focused on delivering results by taking calculated-risks and problem solving approach;
