Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in social sciences/public health/ or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Protection Sector Lead to provide technical support to ensure a high standard of implementation of strategy and activities.
∎ Coordinate between Protection sector Lead and the Protection Operations Team by providing feedback on MIS and performance of the team.
∎ Effective planning and coordination of the preparatory activities of the project.
∎ Ensure timely and quality implementation of the project activities, and monitoring track the achievement of overall project objectives.
∎ Take initiative for the selection of Project Beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure that local purchase and expenditure are done as per BRAC-HCMP policy.
∎ Ensure preparation of all periodic reports (narrative and quantitative) on implementation progress including financial report for donors, government and organization.
∎ Ensure SOP/Guidelines and QA guidelines are being followed in the field and monitor quality of field performance on a regular basis.
∎ Develop Program/ sector plan, budget plan, activity plan and operational procedure, guidelines.
∎ Participate and contribute to the Strategic planning meeting, working group meeting and partners review meeting. Maintain a regular working relationship with relevant Gov. officials, UN agencies and other INGOs & local NGOs.
∎ Implement global protection standard of prevention and response in Rohingya camp considering local context.
∎ Provide technical support on programme quality and accountability standards and measures.
∎ Lead capacity building of staff through need assessments.
∎ Ensure that effective accountability mechanisms are in place.
∎ Provide technical support and capacity building for sector members.
∎ Develop proposals, budgets and result frameworks for the project implementation.
∎ Maintain regular communication with probable donor for creating further funding opportunities.
∎ Work with donors to create ongoing partnerships
∎ Review project related crucial problems which are forwarded by the field staff and take necessary step to resolve them on priority basis.
∎ Ensure and promote team sprit among the staff members and maintain gender sensitivity.
∎ Effectively coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and effective functions of office management in all respect
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
