Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and follow up on all necessary papers related to expatriate staff security clearance, visa formalities, and other related matters with the NGO Affairs Bureau (NGO AB), Home Ministry, Passport Office, Special Branch, NSI, and other concerned authorities.
∎ Collect and stay updated with all government rules, regulations, and directives relevant to Normisjon Bangladesh and notify the Director in case of any conflict or issue.
∎ Prepare communication papers for the Director for specific tasks related to government offices and departments.
∎ Collate information from other NGOs, missions, and churches to support the interests and activities of Normisjon Bangladesh.
∎ Coordinate and collaboration with all Project in-charges for preparing annual plan and budget.
∎ Prepare and fill in together with project coordinators prescribed forms (FD6, FD2, FD7, FD9 etc.) and other formats from NGO-AB or other government authorities for approval.
∎ Follow up on fund clearance from NGO-AB and ensure timely submission of Financial and Narrative Reports.
∎ Prepare reports and give explanations of Government quires as per requirements and ensure submission to various government offices.
∎ Submit necessary registration documents to the Joint Stock Company for clearance and maintain an updated Executive Board Members list.

∎ Normisjon Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Project Manager (NGO and Government Liaison) to support our operations and facilitate effective communication and coordination between the organization and government entities. The successful candidate will manage and oversee tasks related to expatriate staff, government relations, reporting, and various administrative duties to ensure smooth functioning of the organization’s programs.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Government Liaison and Communication:
∎ Prepare and follow up on all necessary papers related to expatriate staff security clearance, visa formalities, and other related matters with the NGO Affairs Bureau (NGO AB), Home Ministry, Passport Office, Special Branch, NSI, and other concerned authorities.
