Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee cyclone Mocha response project planning and ensure quality implementation in line with donor compliance through the help of the team member and partner organization staff
∎ Support in preparing Community risk assessment and Disaster Management plan development to mitigate cyclone Mocha response project
∎ Lead the partner management and ensuring implementation in a timely manner
∎ Ensure partners DIP quality Implementation, Donor reporting and communication, financial management with partners, staff management and stakeholders communication.
∎ Support to technical teams on identification of Cyclone Mocha response hazard and mitigation measure by partners and its implementation strategy
∎ Conducting and facilitating the donor field visit, doing primary and technical assessments, maintaining all the hard copies of documents, making sure of harmony between donor, partners and own agency are being established in a precise way
∎ Support to prepare of project proposal and budget in collaboration with the partners team.
∎ Establishing and maintaining constructive relationship with local authorities, ISCG working groups, Local DMC members, NGO's, INGO's, donor agencies, host communities, Chairmen, Member/Councilor, other stakeholders where necessary
∎ Liaise and collaborated with the local authorities and other key stakeholders to ensure completion of implementation works and awareness activities of CPP
∎ Supervision, Monitoring and following-up of the projects also providing guidance to the one engineer, MEAL officer as well as three partner organizations staff for achieving goals
∎ Update activity wise financial status on regular basis for expenditure rate calculation and to ensure effective and efficient utilization of funds
∎ Ensure proper and quality documentation of sectorial achievements, lessons learnt and important events
∎ Provided support to the team for conducting assessments to capture good practices with case stories
∎ Control and monitor project total expenditure including verification and checking of invoices and claims to ensure that all expenditures are captured and properly recorded
∎ Preparing and sharing the periodical reports, situation report to Project Manager, donor, UNO and responsible for other tasks assigned by PC
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
