∎ Skills Required: Documentation, Project Manager (Software), Scrum, Software Analysis, Software Architect, Team Leading

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and manage IT projects from all phases of the project life cycle (from beginning to end);
∎ Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle;
∎ Estimate project costs and manage project budget;
∎ Define and manage project plans, team meetings, establish & develop stakeholder relationships;
∎ Monitor the progress and baselines of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project;
∎ Identify and engage appropriate project team members;
∎ Interface internal teams, partners, stakeholders and key executives;
∎ Organize internal and external meeting, document and follow up on important actions and decisions;
∎ Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured;
∎ Manage changes in project scope, prepare and or facilitate Change request process as per agreement;
∎ Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks, and manage issues to resolution;
∎ Ensure projects adhere to frameworks;
∎ Delivers project benefits successfully within scope, cost, quality and schedule;
∎ Responsible for the delivery of the project from original concept through final implementation;
∎ Conduct regular project management review meetings;
∎ Promote use of standard project management templates and methodology such as Project plans, issues/risk log, status reports, etc.
∎ Drive best practices for project execution and management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should be an Excellent Team player and Communicator;
∎ The applicants should have: Excellent customer service skills, Attitude to meet the difficult deadline, Ability to work on tight deadlines, Attentive to detail tasks;
∎ The applicants must have exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills;
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook is must;
∎ Competency in Atlassian JIRA is preferred;
∎ Understanding on .Net, Java, python, GIT and computer networking is preferred
Salary: Negotiable
