Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare financial reports, budget variance analysis as per requirements.
∎ Ensure the fund disbursement issues and grants management process and handle the funding process to PNGOs as per requirement.
∎ Ensure to check partners financial and accounting report compiles and prepare a statement.
∎ Preparation of budget/ forecasting the variances and cash flow statement
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Manage the NGO-AB & other regulatory bodies and NGOAB related external audit.
∎ Prepare FD-2, FD-3, FD-6, FC-1 etc. as per requirement
∎ Prepare annual budget & Accounts
∎ Project finance support for Senior Program Manager to report on projects to various stakeholder
∎ Set-up and implement the financial side of programs and projects
∎ Support the project manager and represent financial function in the program team for both existing and new projects in Bangladesh and internationally.
∎ Set-up budgeting for new projects in different structures (e.g. consortia and other programs, full ownership etc.)
∎ Supervision of partner’s field accounts
∎ Manage, monitor and consolidate budgets and reports from PNGO’s:
∎ Frequent field visit) to partner’s offices and field to ensure implementation /practice of standard accounting procedure;
∎ Frequently hardware documentation process checks up related to procurement;
∎ Set-up field visit reports, suggestion, recommendation to improve/hold/ensure accountability and financial transparency of the programs;
∎ Ensure financial monitoring to the field office at regular interval;
∎ Ensure to timely submission of partner’s financial reports
∎ The jobholder will perform the following responsibilities in accordance with Max Foundation:
