Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in senior financial and operational leadership roles within INGOs and large NGOs only
Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, Bangladeshi tax and labor laws.
Proven experience in strategic financial planning, donor reporting, and audit management.
Proficiency in financial software, MS Office, and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of finance, accounts, and operations in alignment with international standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and donor compliance.
Ensure risk management, internal controls, and legal compliance.
Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development.
Strong Liaise with regulatory bodies including NGO Affairs Bureau and Income Tax Department.
