• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Practical experience in building construction and site supervision is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD will be an advantage).
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

G.A. Foundation Limited is looking for skilled and motivated professionals for the position of Project Engineer / Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and manage construction activities of our real estate projects.

Workplace: Work at site

Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka (Project Site)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, design, and specifications.

• Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at the site.

• Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress reports, and documentation.

• Verify construction materials and ensure proper utilization.

• Assist in project planning, cost control, and site management.

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
