∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic direction, oversight and leadership to project staffs to manage the project.
∎ Fact finding and provide psychosocial support to survivors of sexual exploitation at institutional level and case management.
∎ Facilitate survivors to enhance their level of motivation, and encourage to have participation in various skill development training, enhancement of ability to engage in better livelihood option.
∎ Arrange district, upazila and union level advocacy and mass awareness campaigns/events.
∎ Dialogue with government officials, parents, religious leader, marriage registers, law enforcing agency, child welfare board, children, lawyers, journalist, victim support center, teacher association, local government, etc. to increase stakeholders' engagement to reduce sexual exploitation of children (SEC).
∎ Coordination with stakeholders for child-friendly service delivery and protection measures in community.
∎ Take necessary steps to enhance resilient of survivors to mainstream them in normal course of life in their own community.
∎ Conduct regular field visit and often to participate in different meetings at union, upazila and district level meetings.
∎ Planning of project activities and the establishment of high quality performance targets, ensuring adherence to technical standards, best practices and donor guidelines.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report and case studies as per deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years working experience on providing psychosocial care and support to survivors.
∎ Excellent management and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
∎ Ability to convey information in an insightful and structured manner, both in written and oral presentations.
∎ Excellent communication skills and reporting in English required.
∎ Experience in networking, advocacy, and community mobilization.
∎ Knowledge and experience on program planning, activities and project cycle.
∎ Conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.
∎ Strong ability to work in a team and be supportive to others' efforts and work.
∎ Consultative and collaborative approach to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office specially Office, Excel, Power Point, etc.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholder and project beneficiaries.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Travel and communication allowance may be provided as per organizational policy.
