∎ Implement operational activities regarding WASH, Education, IGA (UPG, Skill & livelohoods, Non-farm), Health, and Agriculture & Food se security branch level of BRAC CHT Integrated Development Programme, develop the capacity to participants and members of a common platform (VDO).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly implement the customised and tailor-made interventions of different social and livelihood-related interventions such as WASH, Education, IGA (UPG, Skill & livelohoods, Non-farm), Health, Agriculture & Food sicurty, etc.
∎ Facilitate the process of project participants selection like UPG members, school teachers, SK, MCP, SDP learners, LSPs as implemented by the relevant structures at the community level, guided by the designed targeting criteria.
∎ Facilitate enterprise training to the UPG members, asset transfer, soft loan disburses, asset purchase and collection of savings and loans and ensure livelisock vaccination and deworming, homestead gardening, asset diversifications through home visit
∎ Ensue quality of the programme activities through regular home visit and stakeholders meeting and communications
∎ Working according to guidelines for safe water, healthy latrine uses and hygiene awareness
∎ Establish BRAC schools and select the students through a common targeting method and visit the school regularly, follow up on the teacher and education quality and take necessary action to ensure the quality.
∎ As per SOP/ guidelines, take necessary actions to prevent violence against women and child marriage.
∎ Identify and select the potential Master Craft Person (MCP), Technology Trainer (TT) and learners and organize training to the learners to overall graduation procedures. Regular visits and follow on the graduation process, and ensure job linkage.
∎ Assist in organising capacity development sessions for UPG members, school teachers, sasthya karmi, sattho sebika, MCP and other relevant volunteers.
∎ Refer participants/potential clients to health services, LSP and MF service for their economic development and Regular follow-up of the activities of SK, SS for NCD, MNCH, and essential health care services. Create referrals and linkage with community health clinics, Upazila health complex for available health services.
∎ Prepare MIS report and submission to the proper authority.
∎ Establish a common platform consisting of Village Development Committee (VDO), and SMC members.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Good communication, facilitation, presentation, reporting skill
∎ Understanding of recent development issues, especially livelihood,
∎ skill development, social and rights, basic laws etc.
∎ Basic knowledge of MS office
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
