Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in Communication/ Business studies/ Development Studies/ International Relationship/ Economics/ Management and related subjects from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly plan for private sector partnerships in connection to planned course completion.
∎ Develop business/ capacity pitch for potential industries/ sectors/ companies as required.
∎ Take lead in building partnership with private companies for job placements of graduated learners of BISD and sub-centers of SDP.
∎ Understand the need of the private sector and support units within SDP to develop curriculums as per market demand.
∎ Understanding market demands for relevant jobs and develop employment/job placement strategies i.e. organising job fairs, webinars etc. to improve private sector engagement.
∎ Assist BRAC Institute of Skills Development (BISD) operations team to identify potential learner's profile as per the changing need of the market.
∎ Work closely with Business Development Unit within SDP to seize potential partnership opportunities for improved engagement.
∎ Ensure and improve capacity of the employment team across the country.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years' experience in Sales or in Partnership management in corporate organisations or non-profit orgranisations
∎ Practical experience in organising events/ fairs or any stakeholder engagement would be an added advantage
