Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to develop project operational plan and coordinate the overall implementation of the activities to achieve the intended outcomes of the project.
∎ Responsible to Bringing innovations to the farmers' field to make them resilient to climate change impacts.
∎ Lead climate adaptive agriculture and livelihood initiatives of the programme to enhance farmer's resilience, increase crop productivity in the farmers field and farmers' income.
∎ Supervision and Monitoring of the project activities related to the project outputs and outcomes.
∎ Strengthen climate resilient value chains and market linkages for alternative, resilient livelihoods.
∎ Promote agro- mechanization and improved storage facilities both in community and household level.
∎ Ensure community-based monitoring and last-mile dissemination of EWs for climate risk-informed, adaptive management of resilient livelihoods.
∎ Guide and mentor supervisee staff, identify staff capacity building needs and take initiatives for their capacity development, ensure sound people management practices across field operations.
∎ Ensure that donor, partner, and Senior Management Report and Data queries are addressed in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ Responsible to arrange project progress evaluation, survey and program follow up in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase program performances and results.
∎ Ensure timely procurement as per BRAC policy and project requirements.
∎ Manage field operations budget ensuring all expenditures are done according to approved budget and take appropriate measures if non-budgeted expenditures are required at field level.
∎ Produce project progress report and financial report and reporting to the management and partners within a given time.
∎ Maintain sharing of lessons learnt and best practices from major programme intervention.
∎ Maintain a quality liaison and coordinate with local, regional and national level stakeholders.
∎ Procure necessary materials for the project implementation.
∎ Use developed tools and strategies for ensuring quality implementation and fruitful impact of project.

∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Candidates having experiences in working with the Union Parishad and Upazila Administration will be given preference.
∎ Community mobilization and participatory mapping skill
∎ Skills to implement climate adaptive agriculture and livelihood interventions.
∎ Market analysis and value chain building skill.
∎ Financial and progress report preparation skill.
∎ Advocacy skill with local and national stakeholders.
∎ Excellent organization, coordination, report writing and team management skills.
∎ Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
