∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Microfinance
∎ Training/Trade Course: Microfinane
∎ Skills Required: Microcredit, Microfinance Management and leadership skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ 100% responsible for Microfinance Program of HARD Society. Leading to build up the Microfinance Program of Hard Society to gain profit. This position will be accountable for strategic decisions, policies and procedures and sustainability of Microfinance Program in the context of HARD Society.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (But 100% liable to visit field office, area of Manikganj, Faridpur & Rajbari.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall management and administration of the Microfinance Program of Hard Society.
∎ Implement a strategic plan focusing on increasing the outreach of the microfinance institution through the opening of new branches, growth of the existing branches and development of new credit products.
∎ Prepare visit plan of branches of Microfinance periodically.
∎ Modify/refine the existing credit products, develop new products such as microcredit, SME, Micro-Saving, fund transfer and Micro-Insurance as per market demand.
∎ Monitor, support and guide the whole team of microfinance.
∎ Help HR & Admin on recruiting qualified and competent operational employees.
∎ With the help of HR, set-up an effective training calendar to develop MFP staffs.
∎ Work on staff's job satisfaction and motivating staff through various motivational techniques and mechanisms.
∎ Encourage others, to develop ideas, policies and strategies which will advance and drive to achieve the Vision and Mission of the organization and ensure its future survival, competitiveness and effectiveness.
∎ Responsible for implementing and practicing all the policies, rules and regulations of Hard Society are in practice in addition with the new policies that may be introduced in course of time.
∎ Undertake regular field visits to supervise and monitor of field activities implemented by the Microfinance program staff.
∎ Ensure effectiveness with efficiency and transparency of field activities.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of administration, monitoring, follow-up and supervision of all staff and activity of Hard Society Microfinance Program.
∎ Lead the delinquency management strategy, including legal actions against customers and employee when appropriate and applicable.
∎ Ability to work on a team basis and have the ability to manage the field level and implement the annual budget following the policies and procedures of the organization budget /MRA.
∎ Able to have clear idea about MRA rules, conduct activities through automation and implement experience of loan activities.
∎ Must have the skills to analyze the ongoing loan activities, develop and expand the program according to the needs, behaviors, nature of the beneficiaries, provide strategic guidance at the field level and prepare analytical reports.
∎ In case of any problem at the branch level, take necessary action immediately and inform the higher authorities.
∎ Conduct weekly and monthly meetings and provide necessary guidance, after meeting report to higher authority with meeting munities.
∎ Liaison and communicate with Govt., Non-Govt. and law enforcing Authorities, Donors, Regulatory and financial intermediaries and partners such as PKSF, Bank, MRA etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years at similar position.
∎ At least 10 years' experience in Microfinance Program.
∎ Must have own Motor Bike with Valid driving license.
∎ Have capacity for Resource mobilization.
∎ Ability to explore and identify new funding opportunities, negotiate with financial institutions, write, submit and pursue project proposals etc.
∎ Ability to build good working relations with existing and potential development partners.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 33000 (Monthly)
