Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, coordinate, organize and oversee decision making aspects of CBEP and LTP;
∎ Visit and monitor field activities including children's house, hostel and tuition centers of CBEP and cell group of LTP;
∎ Build- up working relationships with different local church pastors, hostel management and local leaders;
∎ Supervise, support and guide coordinator, supervisors of CBEP and LTP to improve their job performance;
∎ Ensure the proper distribution of food packages, stipends and gifts among the children following sponsorship requirements;
∎ Ensure donor compliances including child's yearly and half yearly greetings letter, response letters, child progress reports, photos and special gifts;
∎ Ensure proper follow-up of sponsorship requirements in program activities;
∎ Confirm the regular update of children's information in the personal file and web-based software (WDCAP);
∎ Take necessary action in case of new growth (enrollment)/ drop-out of the children;
∎ Make and provide day to day management and operational decisions to the program;
∎ Oversee office administrative services including furniture purchase and maintenance, bank dealings, building maintenance, supply of office utilities as well as cleanliness of office premises and buildings;
∎ Monitor daily expenses, incomes and all bank/financial transactions to ensure proper utilization of fund;
∎ Take necessary steps for any legal issues such as tax, registration, renewal etc. and ensure proper documentation;
∎ Ensure all sorts of record keeping including financial records of the program;
∎ Maintain public relations and take necessary steps in this regard as needed;
∎ Represent the organization and program to all government and NGO levels;
∎ Keep track of the program progress and make adjustments/realignment as needed;
∎ Ensure necessary steps and responses to internal and external audits;
∎ Ensure safeguarding of all sorts of property and assets of the program;
∎ Prepare and finalize annual planning and budgeting of the program;
∎ Prepare monthly progress reports in time for government and other stakeholders;
∎ Prepare donor reports on program progress including financial reports as per schedule;
∎ Look after the overall staff management process including staff movement, leave, appraisal etc.
∎ Assist Director-Education in preparing any kind of strategy or plan;
∎ Search continuously for innovative method to make the program effective and sustainable;
∎ Provide necessary assistance to management for preparing any internal policy;
∎ Take part in the organizational staff recruitment process;
∎ Any other special task as assigned by the supervisor (Director Education) and CSS Management.
∎ Under Education Sector, CSS has been implementing a child sponsorship program across the country through Community Based Education Program (CBEP) and Leadership Training Program (LTP). Program Manager-CBEP & LTP is mainly responsible for the proper management of these two programs and looks after the overall implementation of the program activities as per plan.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
