• The candidates should have a minimum H.S.C/ Graduate/ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or FMCG sector

• Prior experience in food processing or packaging industry will be highly preferred

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and work ethics

Core Competencies

• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of industrial machinery and automation systems

• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and 5S practices

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and automation

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Experience in multinational or export-oriented manufacturing environments

Arboting Food Co., Ltd., a leading food manufacturing company in Bangladesh, is seeking competent, experienced, and self-driven professionals for the position.

Job Purpose

To ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation of production machinery by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control production and packaging machinery in accordance with established SOPs

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement timely solutions

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company safety standards

• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and downtime

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and calibration of new equipment

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve operational targets

• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE
