Responsibilities & Context:
Production & Efficiency: Supervise daily production lines to meet targets, optimize equipment settings, and minimize raw material wastage.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and local food safety regulations.
Quality Control: Conduct regular in-process quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet standard specifications.
People Management: Create work schedules, assign tasks to workers, and conduct training on food handling and safety protocols.
Inventory & Documentation: Accurately record daily output, downtime, material consumption, and inventory levels, and report to management.
Site Maintenance: Monitor equipment health, coordinate repairs, and ensure the production site adheres to 5S management standards.
