∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have 3-5 years practical experience as a Production Supervisor in Feed Company.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Properly maintain daily production plan as per daily production target.
∎ Planning & distribution all worker as per demand in every shift.
∎ Maintain daily attendance of every worker and manpower distribution in every shift. Inspect the works of daily labor at every production floor.
∎ Maintain FIFO system at the use of RM.
∎ Coordinate production, distribution, and warehousing of feed.
∎ Schedule and monitor daily production, including running ton totals, ordering product, and scheduling production.
∎ Ensure and checking all activity of production process and ensure to maintain standard operating procedure (SOP).
∎ Checking and ensure proper batching & mixing of raw materials and medicines as per as formulation.
∎ Maintain biosecurity, clean and safe work area always. Ensure cleanliness of production floor before every shift
∎ Ensure feed quality at the time of feed production
∎ Follow the feed formulations provided by Nutritionist/Production in charge
∎ Ensure cleaning Control Room, PLC Room, and workplace. Other hand take action about control of rat, pest, insects and un-wanted animal.
∎ Maintain all type of register and documents about production.
∎ Ensure feed bags printing at the time of packing (manufacturing date).
∎ Receive RM and PM from Store and deliver FG.
∎ Ensue manual batching and every dumping quantity of RM and Micro Ingredient as per formulation.
∎ Coordinate with pellet supervisor for effective functioning by Lab.
∎ Inform about shift status to next shift production supervisor and through shift hand over note.
∎ Add liquid in mash as per the formula and verified by control room operator.
∎ Contact with concerned for any deviations in the weighing system.
∎ Follow up daily Production and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
∎ Frequent production survey and reporting to the relevant Authority.
∎ Any other task given by the management
