∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have 3-5 years practical experience as a Boiler Operator in Feed Company.
∎ Must be boiler Govt. certificate.
∎ Must have 3-5 years practical experience as a Boiler Operator in Feed Company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain properly all extruder & pellet mill operation.
∎ Adjust & setting stream, die change, cutter blade, roller setting and water line for conditioner, pellet press & extruder.
∎ Maintain accepted size, color & binding of feed.
∎ Maintain proper duty time and job rules.
∎ Maintain all safety rules, duty rules which are provided by company.
∎ Try to reduce loss time of pellet & extruder running time and increase production efficiency of pellet and extruder.
∎ Maintain all register of pellet and extruder operation.
∎ Keep clean and well arrange of extruder& pellet mill.
∎ Always contact with control room and maintain command of shift engineer.
∎ Maintain accepted quality of product.
∎ Maintain a good working environment and chain of command.
∎ If any problem founded than contact with control room or shift In - Charge as soon as possible and takes necessary steps.
∎ Ensure cleaning of Conditioner, pellet mill, Extruder and workplace.
∎ Pass shift information to next shift operator at the time of shift handover.
∎ Maintain production ratio by ensuring quality at production.
∎ Contact to Plant Engineer regarding any pellet machine maintenance issue.
∎ Co-ordinate with shift In- Charge Dremix man control room operator, boiler operator, generator operator, compressor operator for any assistance.
