∎ Must have 2-3 years practical experience to Accounts & Audit department in Feed Company.
∎ Computer Operating (MS Word and MS Excel) and good communication skills
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Maintaining petty cash fund and bank transactions for disbursements and keep proper records.
∎ • Preparing all kinds of factory bill & voucher and ensure entry to software on regular basis.
∎ • Preparing monthly purchase, inventory Report of head office, factory & all depots.
∎ • Handling Company Tax and VAT-related paper.
∎ • Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Financial Reports.
∎ • Verifying delivery challan carefully and ensuring challan match with delivery.
∎ • Counting and preparing monthly inventory report.
∎ • Check salary sheet & prepare salary statements.
∎ • Generating various finance and accounting related reports and submitting it to authority.
∎ • All kinds of VAT compliance at factory as per VAT act.
∎ • All accounts and payment ERP posting.
∎ • Any other jobs as & when assigned by the top management
