Experience:
Diploma in Textile, Productivity & Quality Management, Fashion Design, Apparel, or Merchandising.
Bachelor in any discipline with Certificate Course on GPQ / Quality Control Management.
(Education requirements may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).
A minimum of 03 years of professional experience in Textile, Fashion Design, Apparel, and Merchandise is required. Additional consideration and value will be given to candidates with experience working in the context of Rohingya Camps.

Job Statement
The Production & QC Supervisor supports both the production workflow and quality control processes within the assigned production centre. The primary objective of this position is to assist in ensuring that all production activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with CNRS and UNHCR quality standards.
The incumbent will work closely with the Centre In-Charge, QC Officer, and production teams to help monitor daily outputs, check product quality at different stages, ensure proper use of materials, maintain production records, and support adherence to established production guidelines. The role also involves assisting refugee participants in understanding quality requirements and improving their skills to meet production standards.
By supporting both operational efficiency and consistent quality assurance, the Production & QC Supervisor contributes directly to achieving production targets, reducing defects, enhancing product value, and strengthening the overall effectiveness of the Project.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
A. Key Activities:
To ensure the quantity & quality of the product.
Ensure day-to-day monitoring of the production & ensure reporting to the line manager
Assist line supervisor during production planning
Ensure the wellbeing of production volunteers
Facilitate training to the beneficiaries and support others in facilitation.
To assist with each aspect of quality control (rejection rate within a satisfactory level, follow QC inspection checklist on finished product) of the finished product, production output & on-time shipment.
To support verify the quality of raw materials and accessories prior to the start of production.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to identify and address any defects or discrepancies.
Arrange for the dispatch of finished goods and take measures to transfer balances to stores for reconciliation
Identifying the lacks & gaps of the trainees during training and support them to overcome.
Any other task assigned by the project management unit.
B. Core Competencies (Knowledge, Ability & Attitude):
Sound understanding of production processes, workflow management, and basic production planning.
Knowledge of quality control standards, inspection procedures, and rejection rate management.
Familiarity with raw material and accessories quality verification prior to production.
Basic understanding of inventory management, store reconciliation, and dispatch procedures.
Understanding of training methodologies and beneficiary capacity development in a humanitarian or livelihoods context.
Strong monitoring and reporting skills to track daily production progress and quality.
Ability to conduct quality inspections using QC checklists and identify defects or inconsistencies.
Organizational skills to manage production output, on-time shipment, and coordination with stores.
Basic documentation and record-keeping skills for production, quality, and inventory reporting.
Ability to ensure consistent product quantity and quality under routine production pressure.
Capacity to assist supervisors in production planning and workflow coordination.
Capability to identify quality issues in raw materials, accessories, and finished products.
