∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate current Factory base and add new vendors as required
∎ Oversee Capacity Management
∎ Oversee Production & line planning
∎ Monitoring the daily output of factories
∎ Escalating in cases where materials are not in the house as per the production plan
∎ Monitoring Billing Month and evaluating the performance of team based on same.
∎ Logging in rejection percentages, identifying root causes, and reporting the same
∎ Identifying reasons for deviations between plan and actual and working on root cause analysis.
∎ Distribute production planning to all related businesses and coordinate meetings as required to implement continuous improvement.
∎ Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (Size set cutting, PP meeting, Pilot Run) and priority-based work progressing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Education:
∎ Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university. Technical qualification in textile technology/Merchandising/Fashion Designing will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum 5 years of hand on experience in which is reputed Garments factories and Good Experience in planning software, ERP or spreadsheet (Excel).
∎ Prior experience as a production planner & accuracy timeliness in the industry preferred.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
∎ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: Negotiable
