Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CR and SAP Data Correction & Data entering follow-up
∎ Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business Working alongside different teams& follow up a delivery date, Shipment, Miro Billing Follow-up) as per establish business needs.
∎ Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement projects
∎ Analyzing results & prepare reports business Overview share with Country head.
∎ MDM Support for Chain-Reaction and all upcoming systems
∎ Data entry support PLM system
∎ Data entry support for ERP system (SAP ECC 6.0)
∎ Troubleshoot issues on user machines, servers - installed applications
∎ Allocate and configure systems to new employees
∎ MS Exchange - Handle requests related to Distribution Lists, Security Groups, Mail Box creation and modifications
∎ Troubleshoot and support network (LAN & WiFi) and VPN related issues
∎ Configure, support and troubleshoot email clients on mobile devices and tabs
∎ Provide support for MS office products
∎ Support issues related to Skype for Business/MS Teams
∎ Liaise with vendors/service providers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university. Preference BE/BTECH/BSC.
∎ English Language – Written and spoken.
∎ computer proficiency with Advanced Excel skills for preparing reports.
