Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical experience in operating a Sugar confectionery machine.
∎ The smooth operation of the machine ensures optimum yield.
∎ Understand prerequisites for smooth operations and minimizing breakdown.
∎ Maintain schedule operation & hands-on experience in production work.
∎ Monitoring mass flow, temperature, pressure, vacuum, and machine efficiency during the operation.
∎ Maintain input-output data for yield calculation and minimize wastage.
∎ Listen for malfunction alarms, shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary.
∎ Capable of doing 'work in process' calculation.
∎ Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation.
∎ Understand preventive and troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ Follow the company's SOPs and policies.
∎ Follow safety rules and regulations. Report any anomalies to the supervisor immediately.
∎ Maintain good conduct.
