Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced candidate to support North End`s Production Unit in role of Production Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering production data and managing all elements of assembly in our inventory management system (Quickbooks) within time limits. The candidate will also oversee inventory management within our Roastery Group, and must have strong communication skills to provide support to a variety of North End Group/ Units.

∎ Reports to: Head of Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Posting production entries in the inventory management system (Quickbooks) on a timely and regular basis.
∎ Reconciling Inventory mismatches between the physical inventory and the inventory management system.
∎ Following monthly closing responsibilities closely to ensure data is maintained accurately.
∎ Researching and problem solving gaps in production to help the company and update the Inventory Management Software (Quickbooks).
∎ Working across departments to build strong relationships and provide support.
∎ Interacting with several departments with a focus on customer service.
∎ Updating BOM/Recipes in Quickbooks.
∎ Working with the Finance Group on stock adjustments and costing.
∎ Helping set up new production items in Quickbooks.
∎ Managing and reporting Inventory stock levels.
∎ Generating relevant reports from Quickbooks.
∎ Identifying anomalies or other issues and proposing solutions to the supervisor.
∎ Documentation of related information.
∎ Ensuring confidentiality of the information.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor/reporting authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience using Inventory Management/Accounting software preferred.
∎ Skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and competing deadlines.
∎ Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication skill in both Bangla and English language.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18250 - 32250 (Monthly)
∎ This post falls within North End`s salary grade B (BDT 18,250 - BDT 32,250) commensurate with experience and skills.
