• Ensure smooth and efficient production runs.

• Achieve production targets within specified timelines.

• Maintain QC protocols as directed.

• Ensure product quality meets acceptable standards.

• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.

• Keep wastage within tolerance levels.

• Strictly adhere to systems and procedures as per SOP.

• Troubleshoot production problems and coordinate solutions.

• Support initiatives to improve productivity, product quality, process loss, and production cost control.

• Ensure hygiene and sanitation processes are followed in the production area.

• Assist in compliance with safety regulations and protocols on the production floor.

• Maintain health and safety standards in the production unit.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

• Motivate and train workers for skill development.

• Maintain accurate production records.

• Submit reports on time.
