Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
Achieve production targets within specified timelines.
Maintain QC protocols as directed.
Ensure product quality meets acceptable standards.
Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
Keep wastage within tolerance levels.
Strictly adhere to systems and procedures as per SOP.
Troubleshoot production problems and coordinate solutions.
Support initiatives to improve productivity, product quality, process loss, and production cost control.
Ensure hygiene and sanitation processes are followed in the production area.
Assist in compliance with safety regulations and protocols on the production floor.
Maintain health and safety standards in the production unit.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Motivate and train workers for skill development.
Maintain accurate production records.
Submit reports on time.
