• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (DVM), Animal Husbandry, or a related field is often preferred

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male

• Willing to frequent Visit of dealers and customers outside Dhaka

• Experience in Institutional Business

• Responsible for sales, collection, and promotional activities as per company policy

• Follow up daily sales and collection report performance to the authority.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers, veterinarians, and distributors to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• To be able to work independently to achieve the target.

• Committed and self-motivated to work under pressure

• Provide clients with technical information regarding Brooding, Birds management ,vaccine usage, benefits, and best practices to ensure effective application and Should good technical knowledge of broiler & Layer diseases, treatment and diagnosis.

• Share technical information with the consultant.

• Market data analysis & collection of Competitors’ information.

• Arrange product technical seminars for Customers/Consultants/Decision-makers.

• Help to sales team to ensure Bill, Delivery, Payment collection & recovery for Dues & OD.

• Supervise & lead to the sales team under his purview.
