Responsibilities & Context:
Maintaining the product development process from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, market trends, and company goals.
Maintaining dossier and file movement of new product registration, renewing all old products & all other necessary documents of the company.
Submission of applications, samples, other all required documents and file movement at Department of Agricultural Extension for the product development works.
Contact and maintain liaison with the plant protection wing, field service wing, plant quarantine wing of Department of Agricultural Extension for my developmental work purpose.
Contact and submission of samples for field trial at research organizations.
Arrange and supervise product trial and inform management about the result prepare and follow through for new product registration.
Contact and maintain liaison with the Department of Agriculture Extension, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council (BARC), Department of Environment (DoE), Cotton Development Board, BARI, BRRI, BINA, BJRI, BFRI, BTRI, BSRI, BWMRI and other concern government offices and research institutions.
Take steps to acquire various licenses, certifications, NOC and other related documents necessary product development and renew them periodically.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for new product lines.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
