Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the smooth operations of Ring section.
∎ To Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the entire production by ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ To ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets.
∎ To achieve standard ring process wastage target along with quality specially controlling Pneumafil percentage.
∎ To identify complex problems related to production floor then develop and evaluate options for solving the problem
∎ Control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ To ensure proper housekeeping & cleaning.
∎ To lead safety, quality and compliance activities.
∎ To evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ To manage urgent and critical situations and provide decisions or report to higher authority.
∎ To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by Top Management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have experience in Yarn manufacturing mills.
∎ Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC etc.
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Report producing for management and MIS department.
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.
Salary: Negotiable
