Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Floor discipline with strong hand
∎ Lead safety quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero non conformance
∎ Evaluate staff performance identify training needs and manage their career development
∎ Overseeing a manpower of about 20 lines
∎ Providing cooperation to ensure IE Layout, IE target, Efficiency and SMV
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost in an effective and efficient manner
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy side.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Deep knowledge and experience of handling men, machines and material on assembly line.
∎ Knowledge on modern production tools and techniques.
∎ Knowledge on quality Assurance system.
