Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production of Toiletries and Hygiene Products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Sanitary ware

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth execution of production according to plan.
∎ To optimize existing production system, reduce cost, increase production efficiency.
∎ To prepare manpower planning and ensure the maximum utilization of resources.
∎ To supervise shift In-charge's responsibilities.
∎ To calculate worker productivity and efficiency and determine and implement the improvements of the production process.
∎ To handover the finished goods to logistics as per requirement.
∎ To monitor maintenance and other utility supporting team.
∎ To prepare different types of necessary reports.

∎ Age at least 28 years
