∎ Food packaging good experience will be given preference.
∎ Educational qualification are considerable for experienced person

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Department: Factory
∎ Unit: Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge and practical experience on Full cream milk powder packaging plant.
∎ Must be capable of detail analysis of design and costing of any new projects.
∎ Monitor and review production progress against deadline targets to ensure on time delivery
∎ Ensure delivery of finished Products and assure delivery against DB monthly booking.
∎ Check quality of finished goods
∎ Capable to closely supervise and monitor the planning and installing production plant's all equipment's
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly/half-yearly inventory as per schedule of HOSM
∎ Organize all production operation team to play the pivotal role as Team leader to achieve the mission of the factory
∎ In process quality assurance and quality control.
∎ Support Sales department during development stage by proper supply chain management.
