∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production/ Operation Management, Quality
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve challenging labour efficiency targets.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and implement day to day factory production to meet specifications and deadlines.
∎ Drive factory production and continuous improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production executives.
∎ Lead and inspire team for better performance.
∎ Support the implementation of a new ERP system.
∎ Identify production problems and resolve.
∎ Enforce health and safety and housekeeping practices.
∎ Develop, publish and implement documentations such as Standard Operating Procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in People Management, Team leadership, Production, and Quality Control
