Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly production schedule of Ophthalmic/Liquid/Solid products.
∎ Prepare daily work schedule and work allocation for workers in the Ophthalmic/Liquid/Solid area.
∎ Organize and ensure that the drug products are manufactured in accordance with BMR (Batch manufacturing record), BPR (Batch packaging record) and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) rules.
∎ Liaise with Maintenance Department for breakdown and planned maintenance of the equipment and area of the section.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly production statement & reports.
∎ Monitor manpower utilization and ensure the optimum yield of the product.
∎ Review and recommend worker leaves for approval.
∎ Ensure the receipt and return of Raw material, Packaging material & transfer finished products and maintain their records by communicating with respective departments (Warehouse, QA & QC).
∎ Assist in developing existing product formulation for better quality and cost effectiveness.
∎ Report the total work output at the end of the day.
∎ Any Other Jobs assigned by the Management.
