Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify and adjustment of shop floor management through balancing of machine and skill operation.
∎ o ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ o ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ oordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non Productive time.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ ead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity. Improvement of existing products using optimized level of Raw material.
∎ Wastage reduction through training operators and work process improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Production, Quality Control/ Audit, Inspection, Floor/ Line Management, Health/ Safety & Fire, Planning, Quality Inspection.
∎ Product Handling : Poly, Sewing Thread, Carton, Elastic, Gumtape & Etc
Salary: Negotiable
