∎ Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain receipt and issue record of products as per procedure/ with software
∎ Prepare and maintain invoice & delivery challan
∎ Ensure that products are properly segregated and maintained
∎ Maintain FIFO & BIN Card
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required
∎ Maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment.
∎ Maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery of materials.
∎ Maintain the proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Receive store materials from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval.
∎ Follow up styles wise files for the accessories flow in the sample and production department.
∎ Prepare Accessories Delivery guideline for Sewing Thread, Poly, Carton, Elastic, Gum tape & Quality department.
∎ Monitor unloading to loading of finished goods or materials and ensure that the goods are stored in proper condition with adequate safety.
∎ Arrange and monitor allocation of all the materials and goods
∎ Monitor & make comparison report to purchase requisition & budget control.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Monitor safety issues of entire store area.
∎ Arrange & provide necessary training & awareness to the team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge on store software, excel, Ms word etc.
∎ Capable to work with team.
∎ Must have good reporting, presentation and communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
