Responsibilities & Context:
- Act as the in command to follow the production process, drawing up a production schedule; involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
- Ensure that the production is cost-effective.
- Decide what resources and required.
- Assist to ensure the production is completed as per schedule
- Minimize production waste and frequently develop new ways of production to optimize resources
- Estimate cost and set the quality standards.
- Work with management to implement the company`s policies and goals.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
