∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify and adjustment of floor management through balancing of machine and skill operation.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non Productive time.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that production output is as per the desire limit
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Experience must have 8-10 years'. The applicants should have experience in the following area: Production, Quality Control, Inspection.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and able to handle pressure and comfortable to work in a team.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
Salary: Negotiable
