Job Description:

• Supervise and oversee all Sewing Thread operations and staff.

• Plan, schedule, and ensure the timely execution of jobs as per production requirements.

• Monitor the quality of Sewing materials and ensure color accuracy.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Sewing Thread machines to reduce downtime.

• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the production area.

• Coordinate with the production, design, and store departments for smooth workflow.

• Maintain proper records of raw materials, machine usage, and maintenance logs.

• Train and guide junior machine operators and helpers when needed.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
