  • Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR) & Labor Law with amendment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & speaking in English & Bangla.

Index Accessories Ltd. Trimming Manufacturer for RMG, factory located in Ashulia an “OEKO-TEX” class1 (appendix-6) certified, Nominated by EU Buyer. Woven label, Printed label, Hangtag, Heat-seal , leather patch, and sewing thread manufacturing company in Bangladesh invites application from the energetic, confident, proactive and self-driven personal for the following positions.


Job Description:

  • Must have the knowledge about Inditex, Primark and M&S Audit.
  • Developing and implementing HR & Compliance strategies in line with Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyers` required and according to Industry standards.
  • Conduct Disciplinary and Domestic enquirers ensuring maintenance of proper procedures according to company policy and compliance with related Labor Laws.
  • Providing Counseling for staff and workers as and when necessary
  • Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of BSCI, SEDEX, OEKO-Tex-100, etc.
  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
