∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in garment production management and at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
∎ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of garment production processes and quality control.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in production planning and inventory management.
∎ Good communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Able to manage and monitor cutting, sewing, finishing.
∎ Full monitoring daily production and shipment plan.
∎ Maintain high-quality production standards and minimize defects.
∎ Supervise and coordinate with different departments, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control.
∎ Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices.
∎ Monitor production costs and take necessary measures to reduce wastage.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations.
∎ Train and motivate the production team for continuous improvement.
