Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Fabric Marketing, knit fabric subcontracting management, Knit Fabrics Dyeing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabrics Marketing, Knit Fabrics Dyeing, Subcontractor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of Marketing for Sourcing Fabrics of Dying sub-contract.
∎ Manage sub-contract program for idle Dying machine as per requirement.
∎ Sourcing Dying program for 15-ton (per day) capacity of dying floor.
∎ Sub contract Dying Plan & follow up.
∎ Should be capable of correspondence/negotiating with parties and arrange timely deliveries by follow-up production.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules considering Target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
∎ Interacting with parties on technical support and commercial/pricing matters prior discussion with superiors.
∎ Responding to customer/parties in technical issue after discussing with department head.
∎ Co-ordinate and work closely with the dyeing production and planning team for smooth production & delivery.
∎ Communicates with factories in order to negotiate price, machine, production per day, quality etc.
∎ Ensures sub-contract factory signs terms & conditions accordingly.
∎ regularly visit sub-contract factories to monitor production & capacity.
∎ Performs reconciliation of each work order.
∎ Creates database (e.g., machine detail, rate, availability etc.) of dying subcontract factories.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of fabric production including knitting, dying, washing.
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing-Finishing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Self-confident, smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 85000 (Monthly)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing (Fabrics Dying Sub contract) Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team. Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic. Strong presentation and delivery skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection. Excellent written and verbal communication.
