∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good comunication skill, Maintenance, Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Operation, Production planning, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination for all production activity started from raw material handling to cement grinding.
∎ Handling the full production capacity & ensuring the acceptable quality of the product & have knowledge to increase the quality in a minimum cost.
∎ Provide overall leadership and direction within the cement manufacturing processes achieving cost optimization and constant product quality to meet budget and target requirements in a sustainable manner.
∎ Demonstrate strong H&S leadership to develop safety culture among the team.
∎ Develop, track and control maintenance budget, rolling forecast and plant development plan.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Production Planning as per sales target.
∎ Overall Operation of Factory including administration, store, production, quality & maintenance, erection.
∎ Able to maintain efficient labor management.
∎ Able to understand different product based Recipe analysis.
∎ Coordinate with R&D Team regarding product development.
∎ Able to maintain monthly & yearly Inventory management.
∎ Capability of understanding product Rejection Management.
∎ Ability of handle Overall equipment efficiency Analysis with maintenance team.
∎ Able to Cost Control of identifying areas of business concern.
∎ Able to maintain standard quality of finished product.
∎ Calculating material balance with running production & safety stock.
∎ Reducing the quality cost with the help of analysis of nonconformance's on periodic basis and also by following suitable actions (both corrective and preventive).
∎ To device accurate methodology involving method study of manufacturing along with the other engineering economic principles.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
