Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
∎ Reviewed production orders, schedules, delivery dates, and inventory levels.
∎ to determine product availability.
∎ Improve efficiency and productivity by eliminating waste and production constraints.
∎ Developed and implemented data-based solutions quickly and accurately.
∎ Trained, developed, and counseled employees to create high-performing teams.
∎ Ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate production, processing, and distribution activities.
∎ Develop annual and long-term operating budgets.
∎ Explore growth potentials and pursue new business opportunities in close cooperation with marketing and sales.
