• We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our factory. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with departments like Planning, Marketing, procurement, quality assurance and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and find cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise daily factory operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve production processes.
• Manage production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials by coordinating with procurement teams.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and reduce costs.
• Resolve operational issues and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S, KAIZEN, TPM, TQM, ISO standards, Six Sigma, and GMP practices.
• Monitor production schedules to maintain an optimal supply chain.
• Plan production based on sales and export orders to avoid overproduction or stockpile issues.
• Control wastage of raw materials and finished goods while managing inventory and purchases effectively.
• Ensure the factory follows safety protocols to provide a safe working environment.
• Prepare performance reports and present them to management for review.
